NOTES:
1. On the order page, information on available colors, sizes, special sizes, and prices will come up when you click on the title, the photo, or the "More Information' button.

2. Unless you specify otherwise, shirts and hats will be embroidered with the logo shown. If you would like to have the alternate logo (round or leaper), you will need to type this in the "Notes" box which will appear when you click on "Place Order". There is no additional charge for choosing the alternate logo.

3. There is no sales tax on these items.

4. Items will be shipped directly to the address you specify. A Shipping & Handling fee of $3.00/shirt or hat will be added. Shipping should take place about 10 days after receipt of your order.

5. If you would prefer, items can be picked up at the address shown on the order page and you can arrange to receive credit for the S/H charges. Type this in the "Additional Notes" box on the Checkout page.

6. Please be sure of your size before ordering. Items cannot be returned after they are embroidered. If you have a concern here, the club has samples of most items that you can try on before ordering (call Gloria Lynch at the number above), or call EmbroidMe at the number shown at the top of the order page to arrange trying on your item before embroidering.

7. If you have any questions or have any special order requests (such as Tall, additional colors, etc.), please call EmbroidMe at the number shown at the top of the order page and they will make every effort to accommodate your request.
